Israel has said that its Air Force attacked military positions of the Syrian army inside Syria and Hezbollah targets in Lebanese territory.
The footage appears to show a number of explosions as the targets are hit by Israeli ordnance.
The images were obtained from the Israel Defense Forces on the evening of Tuesday, 12th December, along with a statement saying: “IDF aircraft and tanks recently attacked a number of military infrastructures and a military position of the Syrian army in Syrian territory.
“In addition, a fighter jet of the Air Force attacked a military infrastructure a short time ago and the IDF forces attacked a launcher position of the terrorist organisation Hezbollah in Lebanese territory.”
We have not been able to independently verify the claims or the footage.

The United Nations General Assembly has voted overwhelmingly to demand an immediate humanitarian ceasefire in Gaza.
The resolution passed with 153 members voting in favour, 10 voting against, and 23 abstaining.
The United States, Austria, Israel, Guatemala, Liberia and Paraguay were among the countries that voted against the resolution. The United Kingdom abstained.
US President Joe Biden has said that Israel is starting to “lose support” from the international community due to its indiscriminate bombing in Gaza.

Biden added that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu needed to change his hard-line government.
