The Israeli Air Force has said that it has neutralised a Hamas terror cell exiting a Gaza tunnel, as these images purport to show.
The footage shows Israeli ordnance detonating in the waters of Gaza and reportedly neutralising the “terrorist cell”.
The footage also appears to show a building being hit, with a body seen lying motionless as the footage ends.
The images were obtained from the Israeli Air Force on Wednesday, 25th October, along with a statement saying: “Last night, a terrorist cell of the terrorist organisation Hamas was identified in Kiryat by the naval control of the sea arm.
“The terrorists exited through a tunnel shaft on the beach in the Gaza Strip and were killed when they tried to enter Israeli territory in the Zikim area by sea.
“Fighter jets and naval forces attacked in the Gaza Strip the shaft from which the terrorists came out and the weapons warehouse used by the terrorists.”
We have not been able to independently verify the claims or the footage.

The UN’s agency for the relief of Palestinian refugees (UNRWA) has warned that it will have to stop its operations in Gaza tonight due to a lack of fuel.
The UNRWA Director General, Philippe Lazzarini, said: “Without fuel, there will be no water, no functioning hospitals and bakeries.
“Without fuel, aid will not reach those in desperate need. Without fuel, there will be no humanitarian assistance. No fuel will further strangle the children, women and people of Gaza.”
But in response, the Israeli military shared a photograph online claiming that it showed fuel tanks inside Gaza.
It said: “They contain more than 500,000 litres of fuel. Ask Hamas if you can have some.”
Eight Syrian soldiers have reportedly been killed in an Israeli airstrike on the south-western Syrian city of Deraa.

The Israeli military had previously said that it had launched air strikes on “military infrastructure and mortar launchers belonging to the Syrian Army” in response to rockets being fired from Syria on Tuesday.
Czech prime minister Petr Fiala and Austrian Chancellor Karl Nehammer are set to arrive in Israel today for talks with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and President Isaac Herzog.
The Austrian government said that Nehammer is also set to meet with the family of an Austrian-Israeli citizen who is currently being held hostage by Hamas in the Gaza Strip.
