Ukrainian Combat Drones Spot And Destroy Russian Ammunition Depot

These images show bombs being dropped on a Russian ammunition depot after it was spotted by Ukrainian drones.

The footage shows an unknown number of Ukrainian drones dropping bombs on the building and causing large explosions.

The images were obtained from the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine on Sunday, 29th October, along with a statement saying: “Soldiers of the DPSU liberally fire at rashist warehouses

“In the southern direction, combat drone pilots discovered and neutralized an enemy warehouse with ammunition.

“The occupiers and their scumbags are redundant on the territory of Ukraine.”

‘Rashist’ is a term that is often used by the Ukrainian forces when referring to the Russian invaders. It is a combination of the words ‘Russia’ and ‘fascism’.

Russia invaded Ukraine on 24th February 2022 in what the Kremlin is still calling a “special military operation”. Today marks the 614th day of the full-scale war.

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported that between 24th February 2022 and 30th October 2023, Russia had lost about 299,940 personnel, 5,190 tanks, 9,775 armoured combat vehicles, 7,202 artillery units, 834 multiple launch rocket systems, 559 air defence systems, 321 warplanes, 324 helicopters, 5,419 drones, 1,544 cruise missiles, 20 warships, 1 submarine, 9,555 motor vehicles and fuel tankers, and 1,014 units of special equipment.

Russia has claimed that its casualties have been much lower but provides infrequent updates on its latest figures.

Russia has said that it had shot down 36 Ukrainian drones over the Black Sea and the Crimean Peninsula.

Ukraine has said that it had shot down five Russian Shahed kamikaze drones overnight.

The UK Ministry of Defence has said that Russian forces are believed to have suffered some of their biggest casualty rates so far in continued “heavy but inconclusive” fighting for the town of Avdiivka in the Donetsk region of eastern Ukraine.

Vyacheslav Volodin, the Chairman of the State Duma, which is Russia’s Lower House of Parliament, said that his country would confiscate frozen European assets if the European Union (EU) uses frozen Russian assets to fund Ukraine.

The comment comes after the President of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, said on Friday that the EU was working on a plan to use Russian state assets that have frozen to finance Kyiv and fund the post-war construction of Ukraine.

Alexander Lukashenko, the President of Belarus and an ally of Russian President Vladimir Putin, has said that Ukraine and Russia need to negotiate an end to the conflict because they are locked in a stalemate on the frontlines.

Peace talks have opened in Malta but without Russia present.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said that 66 countries were taking part in was proof that his plan “has gradually become global.”
