Ukrainian Forces Successfully Defend Against Russian Attack

The images obtained from the 195th Separate Airborne Assault Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Monday, 25th March, along with a statement saying: “The Russians tried to find a weakness in our defence on one of the directions, but the assault attempt failed.

“The soldiers of the 95th Air Assault Brigade and the 12th Azov Brigade of the National Guard stopped the enemy, destroyed their equipment, and eliminated the occupiers.”

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported that between 24th February 2022 and 25th March 2024. Russia had lost approximately 437,390 personnel, 6,887 tanks, 13,183 armoured combat vehicles, 10,877 artillery units, 1,018 multiple launch rocket systems, 726 air defence systems, 347 warplanes, 325 helicopters, 8,539 drones, 2,010 cruise missiles, 26 warships, 1 submarine, 14,454 motor vehicles and fuel tankers, and 1,785 units of special equipment.

Ukraine has struck two Russian military ships stationed in Crimea, the Ukrainian military confirmed on Sunday. The attack targeted the landing ships Yamal and Azov. Along with a communications centre and other infrastructure belonging to the Black Sea fleet.

The incident, described as the most significant attack in recent months, reportedly resulted in one fatality and four injuries.
