These images show Ukrainian drones taking out Russian soldiers and destroy military positions on the frontlines near Soledar.
The footage shows a number of Ukrainian kamikaze drones honing in on their targets and hitting them.
The images obtained from the Ground forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Tuesday, 26th March, along with a statement saying: “The FPV operators of the Presidential Brigade’s 4th Mehbat make life hell for the occupiers in the Soledar sector.”
The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported that between 24th February 2022 and 27th March 2024, Russia had lost approximately 439,190 personnel, 6,904 tanks, 13,216 armoured combat vehicles, 10,931 artillery units, 1,019 multiple launch rocket systems, 728 air defence systems, 347 warplanes, 325 helicopters, 8,578 drones, 2,015 cruise missiles, 26 warships, 1 submarine, 14,539 motor vehicles and fuel tankers, and 1,794 units of special equipment.
In Kharkiv and parts of the south-eastern Zaporizhzhia region, 200,000 residents have been without electricity since last Friday’s attacks on the country’s energy infrastructure. Emergency power outages have also been introduced in Ukraine’s Black Sea port city of Odesa.
Ukraine’s President, Volodymyr Zelensky, dismissed the secretary of Ukraine’s National Security Council aand appointed the head of his foreign spy agency in his place on Tuesday. The shake-up follows last month’s overhaul of the military high command, with no reason given for the changes.
Ukrainian Drones Strike Russian Military Positions And Equipment
NATO is considering shooting down Russian missiles nearing its borders, Poland’s Deputy Foreign Minister Andrzej Szejna announced. He stated that if missiles approached Poland further, they would be intercepted. Poland’s armed forces reported that Russia violated its airspace on Sunday with a cruise missile launched towards western Ukraine.
Russia’s FSB director Alexander Bortnikov has accused the US, Britain, and Ukraine of orchestrating the Moscow concert hall attack, which left at least 139 dead, without presenting evidence.
He claimed more accomplices would be identified beyond the current 11 detainees. Russia’s Security Council secretary, a close Putin ally, also blamed Ukraine for the attack, despite Kyiv denying involvement.
The UK Ministry of Defence has said that Russia is seeking to increase its forces in the north-west. While the majority of its troops continue to focus on the conflict in Ukraine.
Ukrainian security officers have arrested two individuals suspected of acting on behalf of Russia. The suspects, from the Kyiv and Kharkiv regions. Were caught attempting to detonate an explosive device planted near a railway line in the central Poltava region, which is used to supply weapons to the east for Kyiv’s war effort.
